Cancellation policy
Events and training must be paid for in advance. In the event of a cancellation 7 days or more prior to the event/training/clinic a full refund may be given. If there is a cancellation 2 days or less prior to the event/training/clinic there will be no refund unless the space can be filled.
Training
As a British Riding Club, we subside our members training, and therefore you can access training at a price lower than it costs to run. We don’t aim to make money, but to support the enjoyment and growth of our members.

Payment must be made to confirm your space otherwise it will be re-advertised, all non members must have suitable insurance and be able to provide proof of this
John Hill Pole/Gridwork Clinics
Saturday 16th May and Saturday 25th July 2026 to be held at Benridge Equestrian Centre
There are a limited number of spaces so this is open to members only initially. Slots will be late afternoon sessions.
Groups of 3 (or 4) for an hour, members £25 (non members £30 if any spaces remaining).

Chrissie Havis Flatwork Clinic
Saturday 30th May 2026 to be held at her own yard in NE61
There are a limited number of spaces so this is open to members only until 1st May after which any remaining spaces will be open to non members.
Members £45, Non Members £50.

Chrissie Havis Test Riding Clinic
Saturday 6th June 2026 to be held at her own yard in NE61
Test Riding Format
Step 1 : Ride a test of your choice, Step 2 : receive feed back & Training from Chrissie, Step 3 : Reride the test and assess the improvement!
Members – £45, Non Members – £50
There is also the option to have a ‘normal’ 45min lesson if preferred.
