Cancellation policy
Events and training must be paid for in advance. In the event of a cancellation 7 days or more prior to the event/training/clinic a full refund may be given. If there is a cancellation 2 days or less prior to the event/training/clinic there will be no refund unless the space can be filled.
Training
As a British Riding Club, we subside our members training, and therefore you can access training at a price lower than it costs to run. We don’t aim to make money, but to support the enjoyment and growth of our members.

Will Murray Cross country Clinic
Sunday 10th May 2026 to be held at Todburn Equestrian Centre
This is initially open to MEMBERS only until Sunday 19th April, after which the remaining slots will be open to non members.
Groups of 3 for an hour (Members £38, Non Members £44)
Payment MUST be received to confirm the space. Any Non members must have suitable insurance and be able to provide proof of this.

John Hill Pole/Gridwork Clinics
Saturday 16th May and Saturday 25th July 2026 to be held at Benridge Equestrian Centre
There are a limited number of spaces so this is open to members only initially. Slots will be late afternoon sessions.
Groups of 3 (or 4) for an hour, members £25 (non members £30 if any spaces remaining).

David Lannon Polework/ Gridwork Clinic
Saturday 23rd May 2026 to be held at Lane Farm Equestrian
Due to the popularity of our clinics at the minute, this will be open to MEMBERS ONLY until April 25th then any remaining spaces will be open to non members.
Groups of 2 (of similar ability) for an 45 minutes (Members £31, Non Members £38)

Saturday 30th May 2026 to be held at her own yard in NE61
There are a limited number of spaces so this is open to members only until 1st May after which any remaining spaces will be open to non members.
